We are seeking a Digital Coordinator (Paid Media) with exceptional knowledge of the social media landscape and a proven track record of planning and implementing paid social media campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to support our talented in-house Digital team to drive incremental growth for Benefit on social media and continuing to build an engaged community.
Organisation and attention to detail must be second to none and will ensure flawless delivery of paid social campaigns. You will be results driven, analytical and an expert communicator. You will be responsible for executing our paid activity across social platforms. You will also support the wider team in both briefing and creating world-class social-first content that supports both paid and organic social.
The role involves supporting media strategy and budget management alongside Social Media and Community Manager, aligning with the wider marketing and global teams. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the wider team on content ideation, owning paid campaign setup, audience targeting, performance tracking, and reporting (with support from the Digital Assistant and Digital Apprentice).
We are a creative and collaborative team, so you will always be on the lookout for rising social media trends and the latest platform updates that could work for our pages. You will have the opportunity to access training, as well as supporting with the development of the Digital Assistant and Digital Apprentice.
Please note that whilst this position will be based in our Covent Garden PR office, we do offer a flexible working policy which means that up to 60% of your hours will be based from the office and 40% of your hours can be based from home.
